Afrihost customer service is putrid !!!!!

I am beyond disgusted with the fight I am currently undertaking with Afrihost. I have been struggling for over a month trying to cancel my package . A package I haven’t received . So now they are continuing to debit from my account and I do not wish to have my credit record affected by this . Putrid service . Would not recommend Afrihost , to anyone , ever !!!!
