Afrihost Customer service is not existant.

Received the worst customer service from Afrihost.

On the 30th July I contacted Afrihost to find out how a line migration works. I was told it take 48hrs and I should do it a day or 2 before I move. So on Saturday I requested a migration and was told this takes 5 days. Today after waiting hours on the what's app line for an agent to get in touch with me I called the call center, spoke to an agent by the name of Refilwe. She said the line has been submitted and she will help me activate via the telephone I told her I was on my way home and she mentioned she will call me at 6:30 and hour later no calls. And the what's app line is a waste of my time. Afrihost get your house in order!!!!
