Afrihost Customer Service - Fibre

Moving from webafrica to Afrihost - best decision ever. Thanks to the high incompetence of webafrica, I was forced to sign up with afrihost.

Their customer service is excellent, as they kept me constantly in the loop of things. They dealt with an issue over the course of three days (weekend incl) compared to webafrica who took 7 days 'making a note and escalating the matter'

Thank you for the great service! And as a added bonus, afrihost pricing is better. Upgraded from 20/20 to 50/50 for basically the same price.
