Afrihost Customer Service Excellence

I would like to commend Sibusiso Sigudli from Afrihost for his excellent customer service and patience. We have been battling for a week to get our fibre line connected, with numerous calls back and forth and multiple agents. Sibusiso was the last agent who assisted us and after a call that lasted for an hour and twenty minutes, he was able to assist us with connection. He was patient, helpful and in my opinion, he is an asset to the Afrihost Team. I would like to Thank Sibusiso and let his management team know that he is a True Star.
