Afrihost ****py Helpdesk and Service

I recently had fibre installed at my premises, according to octotel its working... given the fact that the green light is showing on the little white box. But here is the issue... since the 19th December the website used to activate any residential fibre line https://login.afrihost.com has been inaccessible from any network outside of Afrihost... this is as per their support division. So what this means is I am being charged for a fibre line that does not work and afrihost don't really care or they don't know how to fix this issue, not sure which is more worrying. I have tried emailing numerous times.. And while this issue exists they decided to offer me a free router, what *******. I don't care about your free router if it does not allow me to use the internet. Worst service ever... 1 Star is too much even if this issue lays with their network or security team, their helpdesk is pathetic and not helping me fix this issue
