Afrihost contractors leave sidewalk in dangerous condition for months in Pretoria, Rietfontein

Afrihost allowed subcontractors to dig up municipal sidewalks in Rietfontein for fibre optic cables. Contractor's name was never supp**** and they left the sidewalk in a dangerous condition without any communication. Due to the hole dug in the ground not being compacted properly, it keeps getting bigger. Yesterday I realized pedestrians can get hurt in the dark by stepping in this hole,so I TRIED filling it. Now I have a back spasm and excruciating pain, because Afrihost did not follow legal sub-contracting processes.
