Afrihost continues to debit account for service they cannot provide

Afrihost provided Cell C router, which lasted less than a month when Cell C could no longer beam of MTN. First I had to pay R99 deliver charges, then they've debit our account for something we cannot use. This month we owe them R999 because we cancelled. What's up Afrihost? Refund my money immediately and DON'T YOU DARE debit our account for R999. I want my money refunded today!!!!!
