Afrihost continued selling a promotion that had expired to customers

Afrihost cannot honour their word. They had a promotion in 2018 that offered free installation from Vumatel. In December 2018 I took out this package. The only reason I took the package was because of the free installation. I asked the consultant if installation costs would be covered and have telephonic confirmation that Afrihost would cover costs of Vumatel. I was contacted in 2019 from Vumatel asking for payment. I explained to Vumatel that I am not not liable for installation costs and that Afrihost is and that they should contact Afrihost. I thought the matter was resolved in 2019. During this week, I received emails from Vumatel asking for payment. Afrihost does not listen and support is unhelpful. The same lady keeps emailing me from Afrihost saying the same thing. She will NOT listen to me and will not escalate this to higher management. I am not the only customer whom was falsely sold this package. It is unacceptable. Afrihost need to pay Vumatel the installation amount.

This is the reason I am no longer an Afrihost customer.
