Afrihost connectivity - mostly faulty and dropping

Any ideas which ISP one can switch to? I’ve been with Afrihost for a couple of years, but not without challenges. It’s Sunday and the connectivity decided to drop and there’s no technical staff to assist. I’m working from home and tomorrow it’s Monday. I can’t deal.
