We are new customers for the past 6 days. It's a long weekend and we are struggling with router connectivity issues. Trying to contact the company and all their serving platforms are offline. Most connectivity companies are available to reach out atleast to 10pm office hours or their social media platforms can be reached. So disappointing that as new customers, doing a swap from our old service providers to receive this type of services. Don't let the cheapest price in the market fool you. Long weekend and all platforms are unavailable since 5pm. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!! WhatApp logging offline, Twitter offline, Facebook offline. Their call center not operating after 5pm. definitely have to reconsider our options now. Lesson learned!!!!
