AFRIHOST Collects rentals but dont assist or deliver a service

i have been complaining month in and moth out about my wifi thats a problem. and today again, with evotel at my premises, it has been established that the router supp**** by afrihost is the problem. i requested to know if im getting a replacement but the call centre agent was too busy antagonizing me through the call to bother to let me know if im getting a new router to have internet. i upgraded my line and i also never received a new router. i am disgusted by the treatment of afrihost and i am not happy with the call centre agent and i want formal procedures taken against this call centre agent. now after all this fighting... i am still paying for a service i cant fully enjoy. HOWS THAT FOR AN AFRIHOST EXPERIENCE
