Afrihost clowns

I placed an order for Fibre in February 2020. When Fibre was available in my area I placed the order with Afrihost. My account was then debited for a router. I called their contact center the next day and the consultant told me that they will deliver the router within 4 days and then do the installation 3 days later. Two weeks went by no one showed up the router was not delivered and the installation never took place. I called the contact center again and a consultant then told me that my installation was placed on hold but will take place on the 13th of April. On the 16th of April I called them to cancel the order and to refund the amount that they debited for the router. The consultant advised that the order was canceled and that she will send my refund request to the accounts department. It's almost a month later and no refund has been paid and today a delivery man showed up at my house with a router and then had the AUDACITY TO PEE IN MY GARAGE!!! Where my children play! In this time where people are being made aware of germs and viruses one would thi k that it's best to ask if you can make us of the bathroom! He had no decency whatsoever! And when my brother in law approached him he got into his van and drove off without delivering the router or even contacting me to say he will return!

I'm so appalled by the lack of professionalism! It's almost as if this company is being run by clowns who don't know how to do their jobs properly and have no idea what cleanliness and respect for people's property.
