Afrihost clientzone customer service is bad and useless for connectivity issues

the service from afrihost,com is the worst when it comes to logging connectivity issue they keep on going around in circles and dont do anything to resolve your issue they only contact you by email and wait for your response . This is the worst support service as there is no service

I have logged 3 calls for a latency issue from the 8th of december and the service feedback that i get is things that i have already done before i logged the call like switch off the router or move the router

i will not recommend afrihost to anyone
