Afrihost circus

I had made a payment for my internet services via a pay fast link that was sent to me via one of the Afrihost agents and now they can’t find my payment I’ve called them everyday for 9 days now and have had to deal with a different person everytime I’ve been to my bank twice for there assistance the bank could not reverse the payment because it was processed on the Afrihost side but between Afrihost Vuma and pay fast no one can track or find my payment it is 9 days since I paid and no one gets back to you I had to call in all the time and I’ve had to send my proof of payment in to at least 7 different people already now I even got a letter from the bank stating that the funds did leave my account and that it was paid over it has been a circus the service is pathetic and the people that work there are ***********
