Afrihost charging clients for services not being provided!

After a year and a half Afrihost decided to charge me for a fiber service they couldn't deliver (they canceled it). Almost 2 months have passed and I have had no feedback on resolving the charge at all. Seems I'm not the only one experiencing this looking at reviews.

From greatness to ****, will be canceling all of my service with this stupid company
