AFRIHOST Changing details as they please

When you email Afrihost to get details of the manager they go and change your password without your knowledge or consent. All our clients struggled to connect to our FTP server and we couldn't find the problem.... until we tried logging into our server. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME they change our password without our knowledge. We Specifically asked them NOT TO EVER change our password... few minutes later we got an email saying our password is changed. Are you being spiteful AFRIHOST? After all these years hosting with you guys seems we need to change to a better hosting company. You are costing us a lot of money and time. This is unacceptable.
