Afrihost CellC fixed wireless - No internet access for a month

Afrihost CellC fixed wireless connecting without internet access in Jh south since 20 September 2019. Its now 15 October 2019. I have logged so many tickets with Afrihost and have been testing this and that with them without success. They say they have escalated the matter to CellC. Is anyone experiencing same problem elsewhere? I'm really trying to assist Afrihost or CellC here...
