Afrihost/ Cell C Lte-a ... not!

Ordered Cell C LTE-A through Afrihost Set up router and all was well for about three weeks Then it stopped over the weekend There is no support after hours. They say they have support, but it is worth nothing. The problem is the tower in our area doing cell c 4g has a problem obviously, but can i get afrihost to report it. After 8 phonecalls and many emails the answer is no, i can not What poor support.
