Afrihost Cell C is never stable

Not only did Afrihost lie about the delivery date of my product but for the last 2 months I have had no joy with them. My internet drops whenever I try to stream or actually use it. Or I get a whole 5mbps down and 0.5mbps up which is pathetic for LTE

I have been busy with support tickets for the last 2 months and all they can do is follow their set of 5 questions to reply to in order to fix the issue.

Yes I have restarted my router. yes I have reset my router and recreated the profile. Yes I have tried a different device.

I used the exact same hardware with a cellc sim card from axxess and didnt have this issue.

I cannot understand how their service can be so bad and how their staff cannot refer my issue to management or their supervisor as it is going on for more than 7 days. more than 30 days even
