Afrihost causes the problem but wont expedite a resolution!!

No sure whats happened to Afrihost but their customer care is horrific lately. They terminate my service by misallocating my debit order. 4 days later, they still cannot reconnect me. Get treated as if this is a standard matter and get told their response time is within their SLA. Have to buy expensive mobile data to stay connected as I work from home. Only way one can find out about progress is by calling in, NOBODY calls back. The amount of manhours spent resolving an error not of my making is the real expense. Oh, and escalations mean nothing really.
