afrihost care I MEAN DOESNT CARE

<p>I had the worst service from this company after i made a prchase of a phone online,a cording to them It takes one to 3 days for delivery.of which I made my payment on the 27th may and now its the 08/06/17 I havent recieved my parcel I used their live chat on the 2nd of which the lady that helped me was very helpful assuring me my parcel will be delivered early this week.COME delivery day that is where the mass started on tuesday,courier refusing to give my parcel stating my proof of adress doesnt correspond with my delivery adress as i was using my work adress as delivery adress.the next morning i called afrihost and number of calls to the courier. I spent atleast 100 rands of airtime while i am asked by afrihost staff to hold while they are going to the warehouse.same thing happen on the 8th I still havent recieved my parcel</p>
