Afrihost cant help!!!

I have an e-mail with afrihost and all of a sudden my e-mail has been deactivated and afrihost cannot help me to reconnect. I am not able to get any emails or connect to my e-mail and afrihost is not able to help! !!!! Why must I continue to stay with a provider that can't help me!!!!
