Afrihost can't deliver what they sell

I subscribed to Afrihost with great excitement when fibre came to our area. Got the 100Mb/s uncapped option which is the best they offer. Quick and efficient installation by OpenServe. Since then it has been painful to deal with Afrihost. I usually get between 5 and 10 Mb/s. In peak times as bad as 0.45 Mb/s. Every time you call it is a 30 minute wait. Staff are friendly but ineffective as the conclusion is overtime that it must be the fibre. OpenServe has come out and tested and it is perfect. When we reset, we get 95 Mb/s for about 10 minutes and then it drops again, showing there is nothing wrong with the line or config. Afrihost must be seriously oversubscribed, so rather pay more somewhere else.
