Afrihost can't change the date for debit order

I've been with afrihost for a month and a week now... I subscribed with them on the 17th October so the date for the debit order will go off on the 17th. Wich the must change to the 1st of every month because they setted the date, not me. And they told me 'it was always on the first' (not true) and that they cant set the date to the first. I'm struggling with the for a week now and they still cant do anything about it. I sent them e-mails and they started to ignore it. Now my account has been turminated because they dont now how to set a date, wich means the debit order will go off on the 17th of this month and when it goes through I must wait 72hours before it will be active again. I'm fed-up!!!!
