Afrihost cannot solve their clients problems 9 days without internet and counting

Was a reconnection to their service all infrastructure was already in place. All they had to do was reactivate the account. 10 days later and they have the payment I am still not connected and I am still no closer to being connected. Given the risks of Lockdown and connectivity don't use afrihost! They cannot sort their problems out and I have spoken to 5 technicians from afrihost and I am still without internet. I uave had all five of them promise me that the problem will be sorted within 24 hrs.... That was 9 days ago and I am still not connected!!! Do not use a company that makes all sorts of promises and never delivers!
