Afrihost cannot locate my house 60km East of Pretoria, even with google coordinates and WhatsApp location?

My Afrihost Pure LTE has now worked for more than a year. I phone them and complain about the bandwidth yesterday. I get 10MBps consistently, stable but slow. I Whatzapp helpdesk, friendly guy offers to register me on new tower, explains I have to wait 45minutes. I then reboot router, not signal, red led. Today, I Whazapp them again, after taking photo of google maps, typing out coordinates, and sending WhatsApp location they cannot allocate me to working tower neaby and inform me my sim is now blocked? I have spent more than hour in phone, explained in 10 ways where I live, no fun.
