AFRIHOST CANNOT EVEN CANCEL THEIR SERVICE CORRECTLY

Honestly the most ridiculous company I have had the misfortune of handling my Internet Service.

after months of frustration and calls logged due to no internet connection I finally made the move to cancel my service. They told me they cannot do so immediately and I had to wait until 00:00:00 on 01 Dec 2022 which was fine but now TT Connect (their service provider) has seen fit to terminate my service before the scheduled date ... so at the moment I am sitting with an active Afrihost line but no actual internet connection and I have been told that nothing can be done and I have to wait until December for Afrihost to cancel my service... this is nonsensical!
