Afrihost cannot do what they promises

After applying for an Internet link from Afrihost on their online portal and sending them all the information they needed they cannot deliver due to not being able to verify banking details. They are supposed to send a transaction to your bank account with a reference number that you need to use to activate or verify your account. This did not happen. After numerous interactions with their support desk and sending through my bank statements as they requested they still could not do this. I have decided to cancel my application and go somewhere else.
