Afrihost cancellation fee R999 simcard only

I have been with afrihost since 2014 they always been annoying with emails and contacting there customer about everything but it was handy that i always knew what was up .. till now this morning i woke up to find a debit order of R999.00 for afrihost ,that i was not informed of at all when i took a sim card from afrihost for there 30Gigs Fixed wifi and was told first month free for the sim card ,sim took a well to arrive ,so when it did, only received like 15Gigs was not end of the world as it was free ... But now when i want to take a break from the deal they charge me R999.00 for there services and they basically make it so if i want the deal again i would have to apply all over again wait for a new sim and end up with the same problem if i wanted to stop the service .. i will not allow this amount to leave my account i see you charge people R999 if they cancelled and they received the router deal that router is worth R1999.00 so i would like the router as well if you want me to pay R999.00 as i was not intending to leave afrihost as they to are the best providers around in south africa but after this even i am so shocked as afrihost is a service that i tell all about afrihost as there prices beat all network prices for data and probably still do but i would rather never mention afrihost again as they messed me around for a simcard ... hopefully you send me the router as it is the only way i am paying R999.00 .. seriously a simcard
