Afrihost can suck my fibre

Absolute terrible service! Fibre line was broken by service provider more than 2 weeks ago. I had to phone every day to face the same stupid questions from the call centre - "yes the light is red" before struggling to get an update. Eventually I had to drive around in the neighbourhood to look for the service provider's van and then "ask politely" for them to come and look at my problem. By this stage (1 week plus) they did not even have a service ticket from Afrihost. Well enjoy my last contribution to your incompetence! I have cancelled your **** poor service and will go to your much better rate competition.
