Afrihost can shove it

If I could rate zero, I would. Very quick to sign you up and take your money, but trying to get any assistance or cancel is like bleeding a stone. Cancellation not processed until the next day STILL waiting for refund of my money. Get told multiple different things by the consultants. No help, just a "sorry you feel that way" absolutely useless customer service. Will copy paste information from the FAQ instead of helping, I can look at the FAQ, why can't they offer additional assistance? Why is afrihost so **** and useless
