Afrihost can be a waste of time

I waited almost a month for Afrihost or Vumatel to install a premise creation or 2nd link to my home. I keep getting thrown back and forth between Vumatel and Afrihost to the point where I just cancelled my order with them. Although agents were at times helpful. I kept getting empty promises.
