Afrihost

Hi I had app**** for fiber on 15/07/2024 with Afrihost- I had my fibre installed with go connect To date I have had no connection and I have been told several times that Link Africa is still working on accepting/ rejecting the order It’s almost 9 days and I’m without internet Apparently LA has sold to Metrofibre and they have to release the order My complex was live with LA and most of the other residents have had no issues I’m still waiting to be told over and over again that they waiting for LA to accept the order I’m saying isn’t Afrihost supposed to have done everything possible before installing the fiber line and sending me the router? I’m now left wanting Please can anyone assist Tx
