Afrihost but a shadow of its former self

So , Afrihost first can't resolve the poor LTE quality i was struggling with, then decide i should go to another product from them , still the top product, but instead of delivering the product, they now deliver the wrong product, and after call, afther call , they agree signing me up for a second " Uncapped " product, for the same home , realy is very alarming, I then finally received the correct product, plugged it in , its working fine , now up to this they took an amount , then invoiced the correct product, it was paid, and then im told that I must pay for the courier to fetch the old router and the incorrect one they sended , so they can remove it from my account, I pay the courier - this was almost 2 weeks back , all of a sudden the " warehouse " can't get through to me , but there is no problem with my number, i then give an alternative number, this rings yesterday, but is dropped so fast i can't get to it in time , and if I phone the number- i just go to the call center, so now I have paid for this month's LTE , I have paid for there courier to fetch the other routers , and in 2 weeks they have not picked up the routers, But i keep on getting e mails- that my service is going to be suspended on Monday ????
