AFRIHOST BUSINESS UNSHAPED LIES

Im still being throttled on my p2p downloads. getting 15kb/s <br> <br> Im on the afrigreen network, my afrihost account does not work at all, (i have reported this again and again and again)<br> <br> You guys offer an uncapped unshaped account and its just not working as it should, how many more tickets before this is solved??<br> <br> Please escalate this to the CEO of afrihost. <br> <br> I have called you guys numerous times spending 20 min on the phone, i have sent everything asked from me i went from 2mb business to 4 meg uncapped to 4meg business uncapped and still im not getting the support that i should.<br> <br> I work 8am to 6PM and i cannot be on my machine to help you test your POC networks. the other account does not work and im putting in the correct information, its defnitly not telkom as when i use trail accounts from any other ISP the connection is good.<br> <br> SORT OUT THIS LINE, i have spent more than R1000 on this (this month only) and it doesnt work.<br> <br> REFUND.<br> <br> My cellphone bill is climbing on top of this as i have to keep on calling.<br> <br> I have to use afrigreen that blocks my traffic. NO...NONONO..<br> <br> I cannot wait weeks and weeks for the network to be sorted.<br> <br> I tried getting back my money, no luck just lies.
