Afrihost Broke Microsoft Outlook Certificates, And they Pull up their sholders, Long time Customer Disappointed!

After years of false information from my service provider afrihost.com they imp**** my outlook and windows vista were to old to handle "modern TLS SSL" When I became fedup with the popup generated I investigated the issue and TOLD afrihost what to do in order to fix the issue with my mail. to generate a certificate for mail.mydomain.com and not just mydomain.com, anyhow I discovered that my webmail is not working making trafel difficult. So they fix webmail and broke outlook, then they fix outlook and broke webmail and at the end of the day outlook remaned broken and had to move my domain to another ISP, I asked for credit for the hosting as it were not working properly and had to cancel the service, I gave plenty of time to sort it out. The point I want to make is dont take cheeky remarks comments and silent treatment from an ISP
