Afrihost Breaching Contract

During November 2017 Afrihost advertised a double up promotion packaged for their LTI router packaged.I placed my order in November and waited patiently for my delivery.After numerous request I was advised that the courier did not manage to deliver the packaged and claimed they could not get a hold of me.They then cancelled the order in January 2018, but proceeded to reopened it and then managed to delivered it....now all of a sudden they get a hold of me...Nway after setting up everthing I noticed they my double up package is not active.Once again after numerous request I was advised the order was placed in January by which time the promotion was no longer valid.Even though I never placed the order again or was aware that the orignal order was cancelled.
