Afrihost bogus deductions

We are a community Saturday School.

Our Auditors recently picked up that our banking account is debited by Afrihost for about R380.00 per month. Further inspection shows that the deductions started more than three years ago. Initially the assumed that the school has an internet service account with Afrihost, but they did not have any account.

We mailed afrihost who rep**** it was an erroneous deduction and refunded 6 months worth of deductions - approx R2300.00.

Afrihost's account manager says they only refund for 6 months for these kind of errors. The total amount is approximately R13000.00

We want to know

A. How it was possible to process a debit order without our knowledge. There was no Application from our side for an internet service.

B. Why was only 6 months of deduction refunded.

C. What kind of service it was [should not affect refund]

D. Where does the original client [if there is one] fit into this.

E. Why Afrihost says we must petition our bank for further refunds.

We would like some assistance with this.
