Afrihost Blatantly ignoring queries

I signed up an account with afrihost for a DSL line and uncapped internet. They told me to get a voiceline through telkom and they'd do the rest. I got the voice line, contacted Afrihost and ordered their package. I was told it would take 30 days to convert the voice line to DSL. I rep**** asking if they had an ETA and if there was anything else I could do from my side so it wouldnt take longer than necessary (30 days is pretty long a wait). No reply to my email. Two days later I sent another email. no reply. The next day again and no reply. Today iv sent another 3 emails but surprise surprise NO REPLY. How can a business run with such utter lack of customer service? I cant even cancel my order with them because i cannot get hold of anyone!!!
