Hello marixa,

When a fault is logged on the Telkom Wholesale system, Telkom's Retail Department will not be able to pull up the details for the fault. The Fault for your ADSL line has been open since the 5th of November.

We have asked our Critical Care Team to take over your fault, and co-ordinate with Telkom to have a Technician dispatched as soon as possible. The Critical Care Team will make sure to keep you updated on the status of the fault as they receive news from Telkom.

If you have any questions or queries with regards the above issue, you are welcome to contact us directly via ***.

Kind Regards,

The Afrihost Team.
