Afrihost Blame Game

I am so disappointed at the support that a big company like Afrihost offers. I have been shoved from pillar to post for at least a month. They play the blame game and that is so not useful when a company is depending on the product. I have asked for a supervisor or someone that can assist with the problem but that does not seem to be allowed. So the problem was Open Serve - they have been on site three times and are adamant that it is not them but it is Afrihost. So Afrihost then blamed the router - put a different router and have the same results. As of last night it is now a mystery!!!!!!! Come on Afrihost get your act together.
