AFRIHOST ************ AND ACCOUNT DEBITED AND CREATED WITHOUT MY CONSENT. AFRIHOST RELEASE MY FIBER LINE INTO OPEN SERVE POOL. I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU

Had a account open without my consent, explained to multiple advisors what happened, i then indicated that i wanted whatever contract to be terminated. Afrihsot advisor then told me my account was terminated. The next day my account was debited and it was a struggle to get my funds. i called afrihost and asked for the call recording where i was told account was terminated and i was told calls are for their use only. how is that putting the client first. i then decided to go to mweb and now mweb cannot release my router due to afrihost stil claiming my fiber line, i called afrihost to release the line back into open serve pool and was told i had to settle outstanding amount with afrihost. HOW AM I FORCED TO PAY FOR A SERVICE I NEVER USED. AFRIHOST DOESNT PUT THE CLIENT FIRST AND RESULTED IN ME WRITING A FORMAL COMPLAINT TO ICASA
