Afrihost Billing clients incorrectly not according to what they advertise

I subscribed to Afrihost 2019 September and what i liked about them is they worked like prepaid and there is no contract signed. Could have taken Telkom as it was cheaper but i did not want a contract binding me to 24 months. I stopped using the wifi in December and Afrihost still continued to provide data until the 18th when they finally suspended the account. I then told myself i will reactivate it once i have money. To my surprise Afrihost has been charging me monthly while i am not using the service. What am i supposed to be paying for? so Annoyed and the bill keeps increasing now its like i have a contract.
