Afrihost - Billed 2 years for non existent service

My domain was transferred to another service provider and for 2 years Afrihost continuously billed me for a service that did not exist on the basis that "I did not cancel it".

I requested a refund for the non-existent service - The response I received was "The amount is, unfortunately, not refundable as you never cancelled with us"

To anyone else who might have a similar issue do not put up **** like this.
