Afrihost bill for phantom fiber then duck!

I would caution anyone thinking about signing on with Afrihost to think twice. I placed an order with them mid June this year. Upon site inspection, it was found that the fiber installation was not feasable so nothing proceeded further. Come 1 August I was billed for this imaginary fiber in error. I have tried to get hold of them through their ridiculous contact channels to no avail. All I have received are clueless uninterested emails +/- 48 hours after my messages. Whatever you do don't order and insert your banking details they will rob you and ignore you. Utterly disgusted and on the war path.
