What a nightmare for days now they keep on bloking my internet. Have been on phone with consultants every 2 hours for past 5 days,then its on and after hour or 2 its blocked again. Over and over again,seems like no one can sort out the problem. Every consultant tells me different story and matter will be resolved but nothing. (after talking to one consultant he did not end the call,he then asked his co workers whats going on with this issue coz customers are getting fed up,they just rep**** that customers are forever telling lies,he must not take them to serious) As if we like sitting on the phone with them.
