Afrihost beyond useless

No internet service going on 14 days now. Worked for the first 7 days. It's like groundhog day. Log a call, do the same thing over again, no solution so they log a call with Openserv (another problem company) which gets closed saying the line is working. After two weeks of no service, no call from a manager apologizing, no attempt to do something different and lies about sending a technician who never comes. Have requested a refund for the days without service. Thats going to be interesting.
