Afrihost - below average support

I moved to AFrihost in July 2019. Called today and I was told that setting my line up would take an additional 7 days from the date it was placed in the holding pool. More than 3 weeks without access. I am not certain of my experience would get better, but my humble apology to MWEB for thinking that they were the worst service provider in the world. I was up and running within 4 days when I moved to MWEB and with Afrihost, nothing. I am gearing up for the worst experience ever. By the way, note that you will get no support over the weekend either from Afrihost, they were not woring on the 3rd and 4th of August 2019.
