Afrihost be carefull to lose money for no service

I paid desember and did not have internet so a thousend rand in the drain now they want me to pay january and not resort desember paying for free asked them for telcom wanted me to pay another thousend so not switchong from mtn to telcom paying another router a month i cant believe afrihost wil not resort this matter no they just expect people to lose thousend rand and be okay with it countless calls messages and the message i get is for january nothing about desembers payment i made without internet even complaining desember i wil not recommend afrihost as a data plan
