Afrihost badest Company ever

The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with,Agents are useless I joined Afrihost on the 8th of January in 2024 my line since than it’s not working and I am expected to pay like how for a service I never even used,everyday I am on there WhatsApp helpline complaining, no solutions or efforts are been made,I am given reference numbers at this point are pretty much useless,I got so frastrated I wanted to cancel on the 1st week with them and I was told I must pay R999 cancellation fee, I would never recommend such BS of a service to anyone even now my wifi is still not working
